Our mission is to improve the quality of life for any person facing the challenge of physical, speech, and everyday life activities. We are dedicated to treating our patients in their homes or in the clinic while still challenging them to improve and grow stronger. Each patient is an individual situation with focused needs. It is our ministry and job to not only be your therapist, but also an encouraging influence. We strive for success from small to major improvements in muscle movement, life skills, speech, and cognition.
Since 2019, Rise Up Rehab has been proud to serve San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are an AAAASF accredited Rehab Agency that provides comprehensive therapy services with qualified licensed professionals in a variety of clinical settings including Independent Living, Assisted Living, outpatient clinic, and at home.
Our therapeutic programs emphasize patient-focused, outcomes-driven therapy that allows patients to achieve their maximum level of independence and maintain their highest quality of life. We are dedicated to not only making our patients feel better but helping them stay healthy long term.
